We were interested in having our walkways and front steps replaced and had an idea what we wanted but weren't set on any one concept. Waterscapes of New England responded to our internet inquiry on a very timely basis and arrived at our home on time to discuss our needs. They listened to us and provided excellent suggestions. Their price was competitive and based on their professional demeanor, we chose this company to perform the work. We were quite satisfied when the crew showed up on time and finished on time with excellent workmanship. What I envisioned when I contracted this project was more than exceeded by the efforts of Carl and his crew. Courtesy and quality are their trademarks. It was helpful to be at home when they did the work, because they consulted me with every decision as the actual work began. There were no "surprises" and I was not expected to hand over the final check until I was happy with every detail. Another stellar project completed by Carl and his crew. They replaced our cracked old driveway with sharp looking interlocking brick pavers arranged in a creative design. They also removed a row of old hedges and added some attractive plants and tasteful lighting. Very picturesque!
We have guests visiting every weekend and when they ask, "What company did the work?", we happily reply ...

Waterscapes of New England did a good job on my project. Their bid was good and they were able to take on the job sooner and complete it faster than other bids. There was some confusion about whether or not the landscape around the job should be filled back in and made presentable but they came out first thing the next day and made it right. I hired Carl Campbell and his team at Waterscapes for an extensive landscaping project which included stonework and much planting. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, their speed, and their courteous service. They went above and beyond in their efforts to accommodate my wishes, and since they were dealing with me, an experienced gardener, that wasn't a small task.
